We do our best work alongside others.
AfroSwissters partners with organisations, institutions, venues, sponsors, cultural spaces and network builders who share our aim: more connection, visibility and opportunity in Switzerland and beyond.
Our work is rooted in Switzerland and globally connected. We collaborate across culture, community, education, wellbeing, dialogue and access — from intimate circles and retreats to public panels, cultural experiences, workshops and cross-sector gatherings.
Onuli × AfroSwissters
Onuli, founded by Valerie Kerri, is a destination for curated, artisanal slow fashion: selected slow-fashion and luxury labels and the craftspeople behind them, from across Africa and beyond. Onuli and AfroSwissters are official partners.
Valerie Kerri
Valerie Kerri spent more than 17 years in strategic planning, change management and leadership, helping businesses grow. Along the way she saw a missing bridge between heritage craftsmanship and modern, sustainable fashion. Onuli is her answer: a new idea of luxury that gives artisanal talent from across Africa and beyond a stage.

Rise & Thrive at the private Onuli pop-up
Onuli launched with a pop-up in Zürich in February 2025, and AfroSwissters came for a day of its own: lunch at Africa Queen, then private shopping and a fireside chat at the pop-up. Valerie Kerri and Tallulah Patricia Bär talked about curating artisanal slow fashion, with special guest Mo Agusto, founder of M.O.T. The Label.
