For HR and hiring teams

Talent from our network, introduced with consent.

Tell us about a role and we send you anonymous profiles from the AfroSwissters network that fit: strengths and how they are evidenced, ESCO skill terms, languages and what each person is looking for. You meet the person once they have agreed in writing. Free of charge for everyone involved.

On every profile

  • Field or role, region, workload, languages and when the person is available
  • Up to five strengths, each with its evidence label and the ESCO skill terms
  • The kinds of opportunity the person is open to, and their interests

Never on a profile

  • Name, photo, age or contact details
  • Sensitive personal data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin
  • The private answers from Beyond the CV

Illustrative example, not a real person. Profiles reach you by email, one role at a time: employers can’t browse or search the pool.

Reading a profile

What the labels mean

  • Self-reported: a strength the person names, without an example yet.
  • Example given: backed by a situation and what the person did.
  • Example with result: situation, action and result.
  • Can be verified: the person says a reference, certificate or document can confirm it.
  • ESCO: the European multilingual classification of skills and occupations, in your language.
  • Interests: the two strongest of Holland’s six interest types (RIASEC), from a short self-assessment.

Profiles are self-reflections built with established methods, not tests or certificates. Every method and source is listed on the Beyond the CV page.

Ground rules

How we work with HR teams

  1. 01For your role onlyPlease keep profile details and contact data within your hiring team, use them only for the role you described, and delete them when the process ends.
  2. 02Your process, your decisionWe match and introduce people; we don’t test or score them. Your usual selection process applies.
  3. 03No searching, no copyingEmployers don’t get access to the pool. Please don’t forward profiles, copy them into other systems or try to find out who a person is.
  4. 04Tell us how it wentA short note after the conversation helps the person, whether or not it leads to a job.

Key terms

Hover over or tap a term to see what it means.

Anonymous profileA profile without name, photo, age, contact details or anything else that identifies the person: skills, experience, languages, region and availability.

Verified employerAn organisation in the UID register or a public body, with a named contact person using a work email and a real role described in writing.

Written consentA signed consent for one specific introduction: which organisation, which role. Without it, we never share a name.

UID registerThe Swiss register of business identification numbers (uid.admin.ch). We use it to check that an employer really exists.

ESCOThe European classification of skills, competences and occupations. We use its terms so skills are described the same way in every profile.

AVGThe Swiss Federal Act on Recruitment and the Hiring Out of Staff. A licence is needed for regular placement for a fee. Before any profile goes out, the Canton of Zürich has to confirm in writing that our free introductions need none.

DPIAData protection impact assessment: a written check of the risks of a processing activity and how they are reduced. We complete it before introductions start.

FADPThe Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since 1 September 2023. It sets the rules for how personal data may be processed in Switzerland.
