Many of us have learned to function in “survival mode” — adapting, overperforming, holding things together. These patterns often helped us at some point. But over time, they can become limiting, especially when they go unnoticed.

This workshop is designed as an intimate, guided space to explore the transition from survival patterns to self-determination.

Led by Patricia Oguey, psychocorporeal therapist, and Tallulah Patricia Bär, founder of AfroSwissters, the session combines reflection, guided exercises, and open conversation.
