How do we move from simply re-looping unconsciously to consciously shaping our lives?
In this full day worlshop, we will focus on identifying recurring internal patterns — “re-loops” — that shape how we think, feel, and respond. Many of these patterns were once necessary. Some may no longer serve us.
Together, we create space to notice them, understand them, and begin shifting them.
The day moves between guided reflection, open conversation, and body-based practices. It is not about fixing, but about becoming more aware, more intentional, and more self-directed in how we move through life.
