About the Workshop
This workshop is designed for individuals who want to navigate their professional and personal paths with clarity and confidence. The space is open to anyone interested in understanding diverse lived experiences, gaining new perspectives, and learning how to actively support them.
Led by Safiatou Barry, the session focuses on the balance between career ambition, family responsibilities, and personal wellbeing — a space many navigate, yet rarely discuss openly.
Together, we explore:
how to manage mental load in professional and private life
how to set priorities without losing yourself
how to approach career decisions with clarity and structure
how to strengthen your position in salary negotiations
The workshop combines reflection, exchange, and practical tools, grounded, relevant, and directly applicable.
