Being good at what you do is only part of the equation. Career opportunities are also shaped by visibility, relationships, advocacy and knowing how to communicate the value you bring.
The next Breaking Barriers Online Roundtable creates space for Black women in Switzerland to have an honest, practical conversation about becoming more visible, building meaningful professional relationships and turning connections into opportunities.
This is not a lecture or a traditional panel. It is a facilitated peer conversation where experiences, perspectives and practical strategies are shared openly.
