How we show up for each other.
Our spaces work because we agree on how we treat each other. These guidelines apply to our events, retreats, online groups and channels.
Respect first
We come from many backgrounds, generations and viewpoints. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not.
Confidentiality
What is shared in a circle, retreat, or other intimate AfroSwissters space stays within that space, unless explicit consent is given for specific content to be shared in relation to an individual event.
A safer space
We don't tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or harassment of any kind.
Show up as you are
You don't have to perform, explain or represent anyone but yourself.
Care, not perfection
We are learning too. If something goes wrong, feels unclear, or causes harm, please tell us at contact@afroswissters.ch so we can listen, respond, and do better.
