Breaking Barriers: Career Strategies for Black Women in Switzerland is the first event of the AfroSwissters Career Circle, part of our GROW pillar.
This online roundtable is a space created by us, for us. Together, we will speak openly about what it takes to grow professionally in Switzerland, from decoding workplace culture and navigating bias in hiring to building networks that open doors, strengthening visibility and claiming the careers we deserve.
