We are excited to announce an exclusive retreat specifically designed for Black women and FLINTA (Femme, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, and Agender) individuals. In partnership with Patricia Oguey, a renowned expert in psycho-corporal therapy and physiotherapy, this retreat offers a transformative journey focused on healing, personal growth, and creating connections within the AfroSwissters community.

At the heart of this retreat is the understanding that healing is a vital aspect of sustainable growth and empowerment. Together, as a community of Black women and FLINTA individuals, we will explore the depths of our experiences, foster resilience, and embrace personal transformation.

Our Journey:

Together, we will embark on a journey of self-reflection and self-care, guided by Patricia Oguey's expertise. This retreat provides an exclusive and safe space for Black women and FLINTA individuals to delve into their personal narratives, embrace their strengths, and navigate the path to personal transformation.

Through somatic practices and engaging group activities, we will cultivate awareness, release limiting beliefs, and nurture a deep connection with ourselves and others. This retreat is designed to honor our unique experiences while fostering a sense of unity, sisterhood, and empowerment within the AfroSwissters community.

 Pricing and Registration:

- Professionals: CHF 120, including workshop sessions and a nourishing lunch.

- Students and Job Seekers: CHF 60, including workshop sessions and a nourishing lunch.
