Anger is often misunderstood, suppressed, or judged — especially for those navigating multiple layers of expectation, projection, and lived experience.

This workshop offers a structured and guided space to explore anger not as something negative, but as a source of information, energy, and clarity. Participants reflect on how anger shows up in the body and in everyday situations, how it has been shaped over time, and how it can be expressed in ways that are constructive rather than harmful.

The focus is on developing a more conscious relationship with anger, moving from suppression or overwhelm toward clarity, boundaries, and self-directed action. The workshop is held in a small group setting and combines guided reflection, practical exercises, and shared exchange.
